Harshbarger Cemetery is located in the northwest corner of the southeast quarter
of Section 15 in Haw Creek Township

THE GRANTOR Joseph Murray and May L. Murray his wife of the
Township of Hawcreek in the County of Knox and State of Illinois for and in
consideration of One Dollar in hand paid, Convey and Warrant to John ??, Wesley
Wise, John Hughs, John A. Wise, and William Caulkins, Trustees of Cemetery known
as Harshbarger Cemetery of the Town of Hawcreek, County of Knox and State of
Illinois, the following described Real Estate, to-wit: A Lot on the North-West
Corner of the South-East Quarter of section Fifteen (15) and described as
follows: Commencing on the North-West corner and running South Twelve (12) Rods,
thence East Fifteen and one half (15 1/2) rods thence North twelve (12) rods,
thence West Fifteen and one half (15 1/2) rods to the place of beginning
situated in the County of Knox, in the State of Illinois, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of this
State.
